- Payment Processing & Accepted Methods: Vital Zenith accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other digital payment options as indicated on our payment pages. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
- Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal: For subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing coaching, premium community access), billing cycles are clearly defined upon enrollment (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle. You will be notified prior to renewal.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:
- Programs: Refunds for comprehensive wellness programs are granted within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the program content has been accessed. After 14 days, no refunds are available.
- Coaching: Unused prepaid coaching sessions are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Pricing Changes Notification: Vital Zenith reserves the right to adjust pricing for its services. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting their current subscription, providing an opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies.

If the issue remains unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, precluding class action lawsuits.

Any legal action or proceeding related to the services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Austin, Texas.
